Chung Jung One Galbi Sauce is a marinade made from sweet soy sauce and carefully selected ingredients. It is often eaten in combination with Korean side-dishes such as kimchi (a typically Korean side-dish made from fermented vegetables), a bimbimbap (rice dish) and other meat dishes. Great for sharing with each other. Mix and match different Korean dishes to experience the real taste of Korean cooking!

Ingredients


  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 Onion, medium
  • 1 Clove of garlic,
  • 1 tomato,
  • 50 ml water
  • 5 tbsp. Korean BBQ Bulgogi pork
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. salt
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 400 g Noodle
  • 2 Spring onions, Green part only
  • 1 g sesame seeds

Spicy minced meat with noodles

 

Step 1
Cook the noodles as described on the packaging and drain them

Step 2
Chop the onion and tomato into small pieces. Crush the garlic and slice the green part of the spring onions.

Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a wok and fry the onion and garlic.
Add the tomato and water into a wok and simmer until the tomato has softened.

Step 4
Put minced meat and add the Korea BBQ Bulgogi for Pork. Cook until it gets brown.

Step 5
Place cooked minced meat on top of the noodles and sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onion. Season the food with salt and pepper to taste upon your taste.

 


Ingredients

  • 300 g Basmati rice
  • 4 slices of Belly pork
  • 1 tbsp. Korean BBQ Bulgogi pork
  • 1 tbsp. Korean BBQ Bulgogi Beef
  • 4 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 3 Carrots, diced
  • 1 Leek, sliced into half-rings
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Clove of garlic, finely chopped

Belly pork with fried rice

 

Step 1
Marinate the slices of belly pork for one hour.

Step 2
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.

Step 3
Fry the onion, garlic and chilli pepper for a few minutes. Then gradually add the leek, carrot and peas to the pan.

Step 4
Mix the soy sauce and chilli sauce. Add the mixture to the vegetables and then add the rice. Stir fry a little so that everything is heated through and coated in the sauce.

Step 5
Fry the pork in a pan until cooked and tender. Serve the fried rice and belly pork together.
