Chung Jung One Bulgogi Sauce is a marinade based on sweet soy. The addition of ripe pears ensures that the meat becomes deliciously tender and gives the dish its characteristic sweetness.

Beef Bulgogi is often eaten in combination with Korean side-dishes such as kimchi (a typically Korean side-dish made from fermented vegetables), a bimbimbap (rice dish) and other meat dishes. Great for sharing with each other. Mix and match different Korean dishes to experience the real taste of Korean cooking!

What makes Korean cooking different from other surrounding Asian countries is its use of Doenjang (soybean paste), Gochujang (chilli pepper paste) or a combination of these. These ingredients make Korean cooking special and unique!

Bibimbap

Step 1
Mix the minced beef with the marinade.

Step 2
Fry the beef with the marinade in a frying pan for about 7 minutes until cooked.

Step 3
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.

Step 4
Meanwhile, fry the eggs.

Step 5
Fry the shiitake mushrooms in oil until brown and remove from the frying pan.

Step 6
Then fry the spinach for a few minutes in the same pan.

Step 7
Cover the rice equally with the carrot, cucumber, bean sprouts, shiitake, spinach and minced beef.

Step 8
Top the dish with sesame seeds, torn seaweed leaves and the eggs.


 

Beef Tacos

Ingredients

 
  • 400 g Beef fillet
  • 8 tbsp. Korean BBQ Bulgogi Beef
  • 0.5 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 0.25 Red Cabbage,
  • 20 g Coriander
  • 6 tbsp. Sour Cream
  • 1 pack of Mini tortillas
  • 2 lime, sliced

Step 1
Marinate the beef fillet in the BBQ Bulgogi Sauce, salt, and oil 1 night in advance.

Step 2
Slice the beef into thin strips shortly before grilling.

Step 3
Finely slice the cabbage and remove the leaves from the coriander.

Step 4
Heat a grill pan and grill the beef strips until just cooked.

Step 5
Heat the tortillas in a grill pan and garnish with the meat, coriander, sour cream and red cabbage.
