Zutaten:

  • 450g Schweineschulter oder Schweinebauch, in dünne Streifen geschnitten
  • 3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt
  • 1 Zwiebel, in Scheiben geschnitten
  • 1 Paprika, in Scheiben geschnitten
  • 1/4 Tasse Gochujang (koreanische Chilipaste)
  • 2 Esslöffel Sojasauce
  • 2 Esslöffel brauner Zucker
  • 1 Esslöffel Sesamöl
  • 2 grüne Zwiebeln, in Scheiben geschnitten
  • Sesamsamen, zum Garnieren
  • Gekochter Reis, zum Servieren

Anweisungen:

  1. Gochujang, Sojasauce, braunen Zucker und Sesamöl in einer kleinen Schüssel verrühren.
  2. In einer großen Pfanne oder einem Wok etwas Öl bei starker Hitze erhitzen. Das Schweinefleisch hineingeben und etwa 5 Minuten braten, bis es von allen Seiten gebräunt ist.
  3. Das Schweinefleisch aus der Pfanne nehmen und beiseite stellen.
  4. In dieselbe Pfanne etwas mehr Öl geben und den Knoblauch und die Zwiebel etwa 2 Minuten lang anbraten.
  5. Die Paprika hinzufügen und weitere 2 Minuten braten.
  6. Das Schweinefleisch wieder in die Pfanne geben und mit der Gochujang-Mischung übergießen. Unter Rühren 2 bis 3 Minuten braten, bis das Schweinefleisch vollständig mit der Sauce überzogen ist.
  7. Die Frühlingszwiebeln hinzufügen und eine weitere Minute unter Rühren braten.
  8. Das Schweinefleisch auf gekochtem Reis servieren und mit Sesamkörnern garnieren.
  9. Dieses Gericht ist die perfekte Art, die koreanische Küche mit ihren würzigen und herzhaften Aromen mit etwas Süße zu genießen. Sie können auch mehr Gemüse wie Pilze, Karotten oder Zucchini hinzufügen, um es bunter und gesünder zu machen.
